Update: Regulation CC – The Funds Availability Law
April 15th, 2020
Regulation CC – The Funds Availability Law, will be changing as of July 1st, 2020. The initial availability of $200.00 is rising to $225.00 and the large deposit amount is rising from $5,000.00 to $5,525.00.
This affects the signage posted in your lobbies and at teller stations, as well as the paper disclosure given at account opening. It also affects certain Notice of Hold documents.
Banker’s Group Purchasing is at your disposal to facilitate these updates by providing compliant up to date disclosure materials to you. Get ahead of the expected rush in June, by contacting us today. Please be advised that we can provide the printed disclosure in an expedited manner, however, it does take quite a bit more time to produce the plastic plaques and desk signs, as they have to be manufactured by a third party.

UPDATE to Credit Applicant Signs - Forms #301 and #289
July 1, 2013
On July 1st it became illegal to discriminate against a person on the grounds of "Gender Identity". This language has been added to our Credit Applicant signage. We have available our 301 sign which states the Massachusetts wording. We also have our 289 which includes the federal wording as well, which is less restrictive. The 289 was created for banks who wanted the federal wording as well as the state wording. The 289 comes with either the address for the FDIC or the FRB.
