Home Owner Counseling Disclosure - BGP Form #015

This form was updated to comply with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). When a home loan is in default the lender is required to provide the customer with notification of available counseling services. This updated version of the form includes information for servicemembers on active duty and is in compliance with the SCRA. Form #015 is a 2 part 8.5x14 NCR form printed in black ink and it is available for immediate purchase. (April 20, 2007)
